01About Sessions

What is a Session?

All Sessions are hands-on, custom-crafted and practical. We workshop your own processes with your own people on your highest-priority business challenges, in a room or online. Two hours, half a day or a full day. Pick one to kickstart your team’s skills, run your first workflow or test AI priorities.

Online, a Session runs anywhere. In person, it runs at one of our team locations in Barcelona, Madrid, Bogotá, Lima, Boston, Los Angeles or New York, or at your office.

Should we start with a Session or the full program?

Start with at least one Session. It shows you how we work on your own material before you commit to a program, and its price is credited in full toward the full program when you start it.

Who are Sessions for?

We create custom workshops and full-day programs for SMEs, corporate teams and nonprofits at every level of AI experience. Sessions are custom and flexible enough to serve a board one week and a project team the next: company leaders, executive directors, department heads, team leads, the employees championing AI and the committees or trustees tasked with making it work.

Each Session says who it is best for and where it fits. New to AI: you have tried the tools, but you still treat them like an advanced Google and nobody has made them part of the work. Stuck experimenting: pilots and prompts everywhere, but your systems, your business memory, your strategy and your governance are a mess. Ready to scale: you have a few champions and AI is delivering real value, but not in a structured, systemized way that compounds the value and intelligence of your organization over time.

What are set tracks, and why do you jam?

Set tracks are templated workflows, instructions and systems we have already built, tested and use every week. They are why a Session moves fast.

Then we jam. AI is iterative and improvisational: it depends on context, it is personal to every person and so to every team dynamic. So a Session needs both. The structure of set tracks that introduce proven workflows and systems, and the flexibility to improvise until they fit your work.

Is two hours really enough?

Yes, and so is a half day or a full day, because we don’t start from zero. We arrive with set tracks already built and tested, and with your context kit prepared from the Session scoping call and the questionnaire. The hours are for working.

Will everything we build be ready to use?

Some things we build will be ready to use the next day, while others will need more work. We’ll also find the processes AI shouldn’t touch at all. You’ll know which is which in a day or less, not a whole year.

Do we need to know anything about AI?

No. We work with teams at the start of their AI journey, stuck in the experimenting phase and ready to scale. On the Session scoping call we assess where you actually are, because most teams are either further along than they think or not as far as they say. Knowing your own work is all the expertise you need. We handle the AI until you do.

Not sure which Session to pick?

Book an intro call and we’ll tell you. If none of them fits, we’ll tell you that too.

Which tools do you use?

All the major LLMs from Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Microsoft and the rest, plus a handful of AI-powered tools and platforms, and the custom tools we have built ourselves that run across all of them. The workflow is built where your process lives, and it stays there.

02Before and in the room

What happens before a Session?

A Session scoping call, where we choose what to work on. It’s part audit, part strategy. We look at how you work today and design your Session around it. Then a short questionnaire we send afterwards picks up anything the call missed. From both, we build your context kit, choose the set tracks we’ll bring and specify any material we need you to send or bring on the day.

How many people, and who should be there?

Our standard sizes are up to 10 for an Express Discovery, up to 25 for a Quick Win and up to 50 for a Deep Dive. We can customize once we have talked. Who should be there we decide with you on the Session scoping call, because it depends on your organization and your Session.

What do we need to bring?

What we agree on the call: your own material and access to the tools it lives in. We’ll send the list. If you’d rather not work on live data, say so and we’ll build an example set that looks like yours.

How should we show up?
  • Come curious. Knowing your own work is all the expertise you need.
  • Voice your skepticism. A practical workshop needs someone asking whether it really works. Part of the Session’s job is finding where AI shouldn’t be used, and skeptics usually find out where first.
  • Get your hands on it. We want as many hands on keys as possible. Some people will drive, some will pair up and some will watch first. All of that works.
  • Bring your real work. The real, messy version, because that’s the version that has to work with AI.
  • Ready to iterate or fail. Expect jagged results and false starts. Every miss becomes a rule or a set of instructions that makes your AI’s next round better.
  • Ready to jam. Come ready to improvise. We bring the set tracks. You bring the ideas nobody could have planned for. Follow the good idea when it shows up, even when it wasn’t on the plan.
  • Present and honest. Clear the time. A Session works when the people in it are fully in it.
Online or in person?

Both. In person in Barcelona, Madrid, Bogotá, Lima, Boston, Los Angeles and New York, or at your office; online everywhere else. The format does not change what you keep.

Which language?

Spanish, Catalan or English.

03Your Mixtape and your data

What’s on a Mixtape?

Your Mixtape arrives within three business days. Whatever the Session, it holds the same four things.

  • What we did. The Session map, step by step, so anyone who wasn’t in the room can follow it.
  • What you built. Your context kit, started from the call and the questionnaire and shaped in the Session. The set tracks we brought, tuned to your work. Everything from the jam, exactly as we left it.
  • What comes next for you. Your next steps in order, and the methods we used, so you can run the next one yourselves.
  • The recording. The full Session, start to finish.

What you built and what comes next depend on your Session. The four things above are the foundation of every Mixtape. On top of them, what you take away is set by your Session’s tier and theme. The examples on the Sessions page show what that looks like in practice; as a general rule:

  • Express Discovery. A context starter kit and our set tracks, tuned. Your next steps, in order.
  • Quick Win. Your context kit and one workflow, running. The toolkit to keep it going.
  • Deep Dive. Your full context kit and the first builds from your plan, running. A plan with owners and the scope of the full program.

Every Session is custom, so treat these as the rule of thumb, not the list. We confirm yours on the Session scoping call.

What is my Collection?

Your Collection is your organization’s AI know-how in one place. Everything you build with us lives there: every Mixtape, every workflow, every policy, every tool and every AI system, from your first Session to the whole company. It grows one volume at a time: each Session adds a Mixtape, and the full program fills it.

What happens to our data?

It stays where it is. We work inside your tools, with access you grant and revoke. We sign a confidentiality agreement before the first call if you ask.

Every Session can run on real data protected by that agreement, or on example or synthetic data built to look like yours. You choose on the Session scoping call, we agree it and sign before anything starts, so there is full transparency and no question marks going in.

04Price and the full program

What does "from" mean?

Each Session’s price covers the group size shown: up to 10, 25 or 50 people, online or in person in Barcelona, Madrid, Bogotá, Lima, Boston, Los Angeles and New York. It goes up if you are more people, if there is travel or if you want two processes instead of one. We tell you before you book and it does not change afterwards.

Does a Session’s price count toward the program?

Yes. We recommend starting with at least one Session. Its price is credited in full toward the program when you start it.

What happens after a Session?

Three paths, and none of them is required.

  • Run with it. Everything from the Session is yours: the workflows, the context kit, the Mixtape. Keep running it.
  • Add another Session. Another team, another process, or the next step on the same one. Plenty of clients work with us this way: a stack of Sessions over a year, real value from each, and never a full program. That is a complete way to work with us, not a waiting room.
  • Get the full program. When you want AI running across the whole organization, not team by team, the program takes your Collection as the starting point and your Session prices come off it.
Can we keep your team on without a program?

Yes. Our fractional AI team gives you a block of hours, monthly or quarterly, with our AI experts, engineers and strategists deployed to your team as you need them. Build, fix, train, decide. You set the hours, we set the people.

What’s the difference between a few Sessions and the full program?

Sessions get you going. The program makes it stick, everywhere.

A Session is one turn of the loop, run fast. In two hours or a day we pick a priority, design the workflow with your team, activate it on your tools and leave it running with a Mixtape. Stack a few and you have good workflows in a few teams, each one a taste of what adoption feels like.

The full program is the loop run at company scale: one audit of the whole organization, one ranked list, and then turn after turn across every team, department, plant, market and country, each turn leaving a system running, a team that runs it and a number against the baseline, under one set of rules and one rhythm so the value compounds instead of sitting in pockets.

How long does the program take?

Every program is custom: the time, the teams, the design and the price are set with you before we kick off, once we know your size, your teams and your starting point. It can be as short as six weeks or as long as six months. Most of that time is turns, not auditing: the big, company-wide audit is done once, the loop runs for as long as the list produced by the audit has something worth building.

How is the program priced?

Fully custom, after an intro call. It depends on your size, the teams involved and what you want to achieve. The price of your Sessions comes off it.

What do you mean by AI adoption?

The capabilities, tools, systems and governance are embedded across your organization, people use them every day and the value keeps growing. Not a pilot that one champion keeps alive, not a tool nobody opens after the training. Workflows running where the work happens, owned by the teams that run them, measured against a baseline and improved every turn.
